It's a staple around our house as are many other discovery/tlc/science channel programs. In case you didn't know they were at Channelock filming an episode today.

watch them all time. recently ther was one about plastic injection mold making, and tool & die. it was cool. that is what hubby  has done for a living for the past 20 years.

Actually some of things they make blow me away on how complex the seemingly simple things are. 

Injections molding eh? Lots better than blow molding.

Ummmm, hey it's hubbys birthday - get off the computer!   ::)

your'e funny..dont worry we have no kids and do everything together so my computer usage is not a problem. haha ... hubbys birthday was yesterday, mine in two weeks, we always do one big thing for both birthdays and just go to dinner or something low key like that for each . our anniversary is last of september. so that is sometimes thrown into the mix as well. our usual excuse to go to palm springs, ca  is the  lumping of our birthdays and anniversary. with our "year from hell" this year we were unable to make plans ahead this year. i think we are going to chicago though sometime this september. so that will be our fun.  its our 23rd anniversary in  few weeks, isnt that great?

 
well, since i just hijacked this thread i better shut up... haha... back to the topic at hand...
