Having fun with things
« on: September 08, 2007, 07:10:09 AM »
I thought I'd use a nifty little service that gets used by a lot of people on myspace for the front page here. So if you scroll down below the tribune news feed you will see a map of the world. On that map will appear a bunch of dots which denote where on the planet the visitors to this site came from. You location will be where the smiley face is. We'll try it out for a while and see what happens.

Why did I do this? I don't have time to look at the site visitors and back track them to thier gographical location nor am I interested in doing that, but I do want to know where site visits are coming from.

Okay, the "nifty little service" is kind of sucking wind. I think it's about time it got taken down.

Trial and error, what a way to learn, eh?
