Just saw this article and was wondering where where the money will come from? I thought most people in the state were lining their pockets with lint these days.

I'm not a big fan of Governor Rendell as I'm not a fan of Phillie politiicans in general. (Worked for a former State Senator from Phille - Joe Rocks, who lost his mayoral bid against Rendell 'bout a decade back. Dude was a pontificating booze hound.) Anyway - I think the House Dems are more at fault than Governor Rendell on this one. Fact is - there's gotta be some spending cuts, though I hope none come in the field I work in.
