You can click the forum button at the top or on the link I just posted to the left.

Links to recent posts appear in the left most colum underneath the calendar.

You can also view any posts you haven't read via the Show unread posts in your user box in above the calendar.

Alternately when yuo are in the forum index (see above) you can go to the bottom and click the "mark all messages read" link.

There are also a lot of option that you can turn on/off in your profile to personalize the way the board looks when you log in.
