I am SOOOO SURPRISEDDDDD (sarcasm bleeding out of me) that a vast amount of the "Stimulus" is not going to job creation but to classic Democrat entitlement programs and "Education" whuich is just another entitlement program for the powerful teacher's unions. There were a few construction/ road improvement fundings delineated but it sickens me that this is just another Obama/ Democrat party income redistribution scheme. If you want real stimulus, decrease my taxes or give ME back some of the taxes I poured into the vast maw of the government's insatiable beast. I will certainly spend it more appropriately as I have been doing for the last several years on all of my local projects, stimulating the local economy.
