Western PA in general is towards the bottom of the list and gets 55-60 sunny days per year. Although the people in Cold Bay, Alaska must be seriously depressed since they only get 10 sunny days per year.

my husband left for LA this morning.  I told him I expect a full description of what warm sunshine feels like on your head in February.  (and he's bald so it should feel real good!)
