Hey precision, do you have any recommendations for treating new construction for ants - termites - or any other pests?

sorry it took so long to get back to you, most firms do a pre-treatment that in volves spraying in the hollow block(if used), around the footer, and over the floor area the slab will cover. firma USUALLY price this around .25 a sq. foot.

They have a real slick system they use down south where they plumb the headers of all the walls. So when the exterminators come they just connect up to one nozzle outside, turn the juice on, hang out for a few minutes, write an invoice and then leave.

cool! wish i had that here! sounds expensive on the initial construction though.
