1, this happened not far from where I live. It still bothers me that something like this happened in my neighborhood, my town, it just does not sit right with me to this day.
2, I knew Tom.  So because of personal feelings, I would love to see a needle in this gal's arm.
3, it is obvious Tom and his daughter were ambushed as they carried the children into the house. Thank god the kids were unharmed in this attack. Again, a needle in the arm for just putting these children in harms way.

I feel optimistic that justice will be served in this case. Back when the defense tried to have the charges dropped, I think they were under the impression (or very hopeful) that Heather wouldn't be able to take the stand to tell about the attack due to her injuries. Well surprise surprise, she will be taking the stand and hopefully putting this gal away for the rest of her days.
Still, no motive in the crime? Didn't they say at one point it was over a television set? And they did steal what was left of Heather's pay check out of her purse.
Machado not only did the tax payers a favor when he hung himself, he did society one too. One less piece of BLEEP runnin the streets. Too bad this little darlin didn't decide to join her "love" and do the same thing.
