They already do in our community... public or private...it costs at least $52/month to use the Poop Shute. At home we can't recoup the cost shy of selling something or cutting our budget. But the public can tack the fee onto their services and products..... which ... again...WE pay if we use their thrones.

Put toilet paper slot machines slot machines in the stalls. Put in a quarter and get a random amount of paper. It'll be just like Harrisbug!

All I can say is thank you to our local Representatives.... I was in contact with a few of them and they do appreciate the KUDOS and they assured me they will continue to fight this weak attempt to "Repaint the Skunk". Let them know how you feel....
