My problem with any of this crap is.... SOMEONE ACTUALLY ALLOWED this POS to even file such a BS suit. I first blame the ones who allow and apparently have allowed this POS to do this in other areas... I laugh because even the $100,000/property is an OBVIOUS fairytale. In this part of Sharon, you could buy 8-10 homes NOT condemned. How do I know???? I live in this zone. If the City of Sharon is dutifully found not at fault... there should be an immediate legal attemt to retreive ANY AND ALL monies/time spent by ANYONE in city government that have had to address this crap.

People like this should be put on Municipality "Watch Lists". They are scum and bottom feeders. And I don't care...it isn't "Serbs" we have TOO MUCH OF IN SHARON. It is the ABSENTEE/LOCAL SCUMLORDS who don't want to pay their bills or take care of their own properties...that we have TOO MANY OF. I, for one, am tired of having to foot the bill for the demolition of their BURNED/ABANDONED properties. Where I live... I am surrounded by empty homes...either abandoned or in the process of demolition because of condition. Sharon has become the VICTIM of POOR choices and LEECHES and needs to correct this situation. Now seems as good a time as any... IMHO...

....S.O.P. in the most litigious society in the history of the planet....

....though, the Serb schmuck should be slapped with all court costs and any income garnished to pay for it...

20% premium above actual value of a typical sharon house.

Har har har.  :D    Actually, my neighbor's house just sold for $84,000 and had only been on the market a few months...it's official, the recession is OVER!  ;)
