He ain't both Schizophrenic and bipolar. He's likely one or the other - unless he's Schizoaffective . . . which is a fine combination if that's what he really means. He's probably eligible for SSI if he's schizoaffective and there are plenty of fish in the sea for a dude that's on SSI that has housing.

That being said - he ain't gettin' prime rib at the buffet of course . . . he's more in a spam line if ya know what I'm sayin'.
