High Water on top of a hill? I read that Dickson Rd up by the fair grounds was closed due to high water... ???  This confused the heck out of me cause there isnt even any streams, creeks, or main water lines up there.

Gator: There is a huge amount of swampland up there, especially behind the fairgrounds. I remember seeing a lot while running out to Woodcock.
