Squirrel in the attic

Well evidently we have a squirrel in the attic. I have not visualy veriied this of course. It's the most likely culprit though. Anybody know a good way to get it out? The 12 guage is not on the list of possible solutions.

I've been looking at the have a hart traps. I need to get up there and verify it's a squirrel that's up there. The attic is only about a gajillion degrees this time of year.

good luck, thats all I can say....been there, done that....get them out quick, because they can do a lot of damage...I had them in a ceiling, or should say ceilings....ended up taking all the tile down, then realized they couldnt get back out the hole....so we left enough tiles on for them to get out, and started pulling them one at time...my big strong 23 yr old was like a baby when I told him I needed him to help and he had the pitter patter of little feet above his head, so he stood outside and watched them get out the hole, which we promptly sealed back up....
