2) if this is a case of "overmedication" do I still have tort or Malpractice claimability?

Only if you can still dial the phone.

Wide open???? Hey!!!! But here is something...

Now lets see..... I am required to have health insurance in this merry go round..... what if I refuse to buy ANY health insurance...... will they leave me die in the street or push me out of the emergency room if I am taken there.... And what if EVERYONE refused to BUY Med Ins. I mean...just a thought.... SO now the only one getting care will be the ones in the Med system and their families???? Or will Doctors take chickens again???? What if the Government fines EVERYONE ..... Hmmmmm and no one pays the fines.....We ALL go to jail??? Are there enough jails??? Hmmmmm Better yet.... who buries or burns the corpses if no one has insurance... so who pays in the end????

No need to answer anything.... was just some thoughts to throw out.... What a web....

God knows...at my age I need stimulation...... in conjunction with "medication". Oh hell....who am I kidding LOL. Packing sand is something our Government is well experienced in and they never seem to run out of "places/volunteers" to pack the sand into.

2 questions....

1) Can I find a doctor to administer it???

2) if this is a case of "overmedication" do I still have tort or Malpractice claimability?

 ;)

...too many possibilities going on in my head...now you have the government ...which may have much experience...(packing rectums)...not sure they are considered Doctors... ;D ...even though they think they are... ::) ...that is the cleanest I can keep it...I am sure that they would not over Med you...if so they could give you a Stimulus...Ohhhhhh...that's what they are doing in the first place...Stimulating you.... :eyebrow: ...

Dude...... you seem toooooo damned eager LOL

...Hmmmm...so what goes in...must come out... ??? ...the government might stimulate you...but you will have to pay for the Meds... ;) ...oh...cash only... :) ...or Gold if you have it...let's see...SMILE... :D ...
