Yes you did SP&P. The KFC thing kinda spilled over into the CLP thread. Just trying to keep things focused (Uh-huh uh-huh) though it'll never really happen.

I understand your point of view, but sometimes the two topics do spill into each other, but not on purpose.  I am sure you understand that.

As you can see, there are many of us very passionate about our feelings
when we post, both good and bad.  One really good thing about having
this forum, it keeps people who do not live close more in touch with what
is and what is not happening.

Now, why is the Lisko topic so secretive?  I was with the understanding a
few years ago that there were going to be public meetings informing all
of us on the progress of the Park.  I am not banging the Board, but we
were asked at the Beach Club meeting #1 if we wanted more meetings,
and it was a unanimous vote to keep us abreast.

Lock, you are totally right.  It is very sad to me that we had to read on
the internet that a new ride operator group is coming in.  Just a few years ago, that would have made front page news in the Tribune, and
seriously, I think it should have been front page news now also.

I don't know much about the bikes/cars issue, other than what I have
read on here.  There is so much property over there, why can't there
be both at the same time.  I have heard some really disparaging remarks that the car people don't spend enough money, and the bikers
are good drinkers.  I honestly think that how much money anyone spends should not ever be an issue.  You and I both fought hard to get
that park back open, as well as many other people who see the good of
Conneaut Lake Park.

I will say, in defense of the bikers, most of them are professional people
who enjoy their sport, not the biker groups who intimidate people.  Of
course they spend money in the park, but that does not make them one
bit better IMO than the car people.  Both groups have a tremendous
investment in their hobbies, and I think it is great to be able to view both
along with meeting the people who have so much pride in their investment.  My biggest hope is that Don Schanz will leave his antique car to me in his will-ha, ha.  He is such a tease, I think I just got one up
on him.

Yeh Wanda, this is history now and I don't want to rehash it. It wasn't the car people or the bikers that created the problem. But we will not talk anymore about it.

Oh, good grief, I remember now once I saw your finger shake.  No need
to explain further.
