There was a vendor from Cambridge Springs selling fresh salsa today at the market house.  Tried original and medium and was thrilled.  The original was perfect for us.  A bit of a kick/heat, delicious.  I highly recommend it.  They had specialty ones there - like pineapple, garlic, etc.  Try it out next time you are at the market house - I think you will be pleased.
