I think it's right to note JoePa's passing.
A fixture in Pennsylvania life, overwhelmingly for good, but ending engulfed in tragedy.
"The evil that men do lives after them; The good is oft interred with their bones" I hope that quote doesn't describe his legacy.

The Sandusky thing I blame on Sandusky and the administration. Joe-Pa's name will unfortunately not be excluded from the proceedings that have yet to happen. I for one will remember him fondly.

Ok folks...here is a thought... below is but ONE site mentioning the Westboro Baptist Church plans to protest at his funeral.

Show America that your Law School has the Gonads to fight ..and defeat the WBC. You will do two things in your quest...
 
Protect the image of saying goodbye to JoePa.. and earn the gratitude of every family of deceased military/safety forces these BASTARDS defiled by their activities during the process of laying loved ones to rest.
 
I have fought them.. but they are allowed to come back like staph.. The ACLU loves to make them money.. I say.. break them but... who am I?
 
I just see a chance for all of the Lawyers who graduated PSU to bring their efforts to bear and squash this nasty org.

It's a shame that all that happened to Paterno sn hid name before he had his day on the stand. When all this is done  what will happen? Will his name reappear on trophies, awards and such if he is cleared of any wrong doing? It's amazing how many people get tried and convicted by the press. Some deserve it and some don't. The problem is the ones that don't deserve usually never recover.
