Kimmi, I remember it being well documented on the trib forum, I think the thread started with businesses that are gone & drifted from there... It seems like a LOT of people knew about this guy, I don't remember though.

I enjoy watching Paranormal State but this episode was just a bit weird to me.   I had no idea it was called the Knickerbocker Hotel.   I always knew it as the Arlington.

Peg, the owner, seemed to me just to be a bad actress looking to drum up business.  She did not want to hear that everything had an explanation.  She is now inviting other paranormal groups in to help investigate the "hauntings".

we watched that when it was on.  The woman is nuts.  Or at least she appears to be.
