The taxes were probably higher than the insurance premium was so that explains the no insurance issue. He will again come out smelling like a rose when he sells the property. Win/win situation with it gone. :)

On Rt 99, left side heading into Edinboro.   Right up the road is a tractor sales place on the right side.    A little way back is Campbells Pottery Studio.
