Speaking of kindergardeners, my 3 & 4 year old kids call Pork Rinds "porcupines" as in...

Daddy, can I have some of your hot-n-spicy porcupines?  :drooling:

They also refer to pancakes as "Pan-A-Cakes", and they order for themselves at Cracker Barrel.

Its great to hear kids work on saying some word. Sometimes it's cure, other times it's mortifying!

My son caught me saying "What the ___"!?!, I didn't say the last word, but now he is constantly saying "What the!?!" with perfect inflection. Not something you want the teacher or SUNDAY SCHOOL teacher to hear....

Man, am I on a short leash...

We had a brief but amusing/embarrasing barrage of our son saying "Oh shit" everything something unexpected happened.  I wonder where they get it from?  (as if I didn't know!)

My youngest once said "What a bunch of assholes, huh mom?" when she was sensing my frustration in traffic once.  She was six.  I do not recall my response.  She is ten and still calls vinegar "vig-i-nar"  My oldest, when she was eleven or twelve once asked for someone to pass the "Al" (like a man's name) sauce at the dinner table.  Me and my husband busted up.  She also called a pavillion "PAV-ILL-ON" with emphasis on PAV.  Once she said while car shopping with us, "You ever get a BWICK?"  (like "brick")  I was like, what????  She pointed to a Buick and I tried, tried hard, not to even smile.  No success.   She was a bit older with all hers making them pretty hysteical.  My son is a watcher/observer/listener and doesnt blurt much out like the girls.  Quiet.  Serious.

wow, you all have it easy.  Robby, when visiting the in-laws one time, piped up with,"papa, you sure do spew a line of shit, dont ya?" needless to say, Dave and his dad never did get along well.
