The Wendy's Junior Bacon Cheeseburger is the best value burger on the planet. Not quite Ambrosia - but close enough for a buck.

Sometimes, for me at least, the right bacon cheeseburger beats the average steak dinner hands down...

Anyone who has seen my slender figure will tell you that I eat at least "semi professionally"........ ;D

I have never tried Five Guys, but they have one on the Pitt campus. I may have to make a short pitstop on my next daughter run......

 There is no Bacon Cheeseburger on this planet that could be compared to a properly cooked Filet Minon or even a Porterhouse Steak... :drooling: :drooling:

My next door neighbor Guido (see avatar) and about 85 of his buddies want to know where you are getting the $9 filet? And don't say Venezuela... ;D ;D ;D

I would agree with you on the high end beef Gator. A filet and a cook who knows what to do with it is tough to beat.

Rumor has it that Pitt bought that corner and are asking the "O" to leave. They are legend, it is tough to believe.

Those work just fine for me too life.

I third the motion. I haven't had a regular Wendy's burger since like the 70's. I just order 3 'whatever' off the 99 cent menu.

I did spend 12 bucks on a burger at the T-Rex restaurant in Downtown Disney, but I was surrounded by Hollywood-grade dinosaur animatronics so I attributed the price to dinner and a show.

HIGHLY recommend that restaurant by the way.

That's a deal, if you both like your meat the same. I like mine cold in the center, my wife used to like hers well done, but I've got her down to almost medium now. I don't know what they quality of meats there are though.
