I have created a new board in the "Unclassified" section called "Events" If you are having or know of an even that is open to the public please post it in the Events forum.

The best way to do this and get is on the calender is to go to the calendar and click on the day you wish to add the event. Please select the event board from the dropdown list. I am leaving the board choices open because there will be events that are more appropriate to post elsewhere. Events can run for multiple days if you like too.
